What Hudur does
Choose how staff check in
Every school or workplace picks its own mix in Settings: QR cards, staff number plus PIN, or fingerprint on the employee's phone. Turn a method off and the scanner stops asking for it.
QR staff cards
Print a card for every staff member from the admin panel. Lost card? Issue a new code and reprint in one click. No fingerprint machines, no apps to install.
Fingerprint, no hardware
Staff who prefer it save their fingerprint once on the phone at the entrance. The sensor proves the person; the record still lands on your Today page.
Honest check-ins
Every staff member chooses a 4-digit PIN at their first scan. Card tap plus PIN means one person, one check-in, one day. Wrong PINs are logged and rate-limited.
Daily picture by 8am
The Today page shows who is early, on time, late, on leave or not scanned. Confirm anyone who forgot to scan with two taps.
Reports you can hand over
A monthly grid of every workday, per-person totals, on-time percentage and average arrival, exportable to a spreadsheet.
Several entrances, one record
Register a phone or tablet per entrance or office. They all feed the same record, each scan stamped with its location.
Your brand, your colours
Your organisation's name and your own brand colour across the app, the scanner and the printed cards.
How it works
- Register your school or company and set your start time, weekend days and timezone.
- Add your staff one by one or import a CSV, then print their QR cards.
- Open the scanner link on a phone or tablet at the entrance and leave it there. Done: tap, PIN, checked in.
- Optional: switch fingerprint on in Settings so staff can check in with their phone's sensor instead of a card.
Built for every adult on your staff list: teachers, office, maintenance, drivers. If they carry a staff number, Hudur counts them.
